Glad to have another quality burger place downtown. Burgers are the perfect size and high quality (nicely smashed burger, buns the right size, toppings not overwhelming). Fries were well made and one serving was plenty for a single person (though I wasn't a fan of the ranch dipping sauce). Overall a good value for the cost. Seating is all outdoor and a bit limited but given it's location in the Chinatown plaza there are plenty of places to sit down.

I know that other burger places have been at this location. Having said that, I was happy to learn that Goldburger just opened up a location in Chinatown. There are a few tables nearby if you want to eat there. Everything was made to order, the fries were hot and crispy. I really loved the grilled onions on the burger. Every element in the burger was paired well. I would definitely recommend this place and will be returning.

Had the signature goldburger. It’s freezing cold outside this evening but sitting outside eating that burger made all my cares disappear. Also I’ve never had a Swell gingerale before. Now I’ll drink nothing else!

Whoever was making the burgers this evening seemed to have no care for the preparation of the food. I've had goldburger in highland park before and loved it. This was just bad... Buns were cold and untoasted, the meat was under seasoned, thick, and chewy (we ordered smash burgers). The only redeeming quality was the sauces. The people were nice though.

I’ve eaten here several times, hoping things would be different. I was wrong.
Disgusting food. Very poor quality. Everything came from food service companies. The worst quality beef and buns. I’ve had better from burger joints on country roads.
Eating outdoors should be better than this.
Workers are not to blame. They all work hard but you don’t see them smiling or enjoying their work.
My advice skip this clip joint. Spend your money at any number of Chinese restaurants within walking distance. You’ll get a better deal.

We were so sad when OG Burgerlords got bought out by some soulless cash-grab restauranteurs, but this is a very welcome change. The veggie burgers are great, especially if you liked Burgerlords original recipe. Curly fries and spicy ranch are a recommend too. Looking forward to returning and trying more of the menu asap.
