Kathy is GREAT! (probably because she laughed at my goofy jokes!) but hey, I'll take it. Very helpful and professional and the rate she got me was very competitive. I'd strongly recommend her.

I love Kathy. She's always there for us. We've used her for several years and she shops around getting us he best price. My son just recently got his license and the rates were about to be crazy. She places us with another company and the rate stayed the same. Then he totaled our Ford Flex and the rates were going up again. She placed us with another company so that the rates were close to the same. She's family to us now. We love her.

I would rate less than 1 Star if I could!

THEY ARE A JOKE! DO NOT USE THEM! You have been warned! they take your money now but do not tell you when you policy needs to be renewed and they allow your coverage to lapse. Then when something happens they don't cover you but want to renew you at that point! they are a scam!!!!
Use another brokerage!

One Stop Shop these people are very helpful and courteous they do many different Insurance types like liability insurance for my company along with full coverage or liability for my personal car also title transfers and they are reasonably priced for the extra mile they go I we'll stick with them as my ins agency

I hate this place with a passion. I have been trying to pay my insurance for 4 days now. And everytime I go the the building, the doors are LOCKED with the "open" sign flashing, lights are on, but NO ONE is there. Don't wasted your time . YOU get charged an the over due fee because THEY aren't there.
