From what we've seen so far, every website we've added live chat to has improved our lead generation.

The best thing I like about this company is we're paying only for qualified leads based on a criteria we were able to outline up front (name, address, phone, need).

I own a Pest Control Company. We are great on bugs but not so much with tech. This service fit us perfectly. They monitor our website for visitors. Answer simple questions and then gets customer to agree to a call. Sends the lead to our office via text, and we call up the customer. Iv'e actually chatted with them a few times to see how well they did. I'm sure her name wasn't Jessica, but english was great and fast. Seemed like a person from my company. Our off hour leads have increased 300%.
