At the get go, we were treated very professional. When other
dealers treated us like we were wasting their time and we felt like they assumed we had no money. Horizon Manufactured Homes welcomed us in and gave us the freedom to walk through and view the homes, ask questions and view options. Our salesman Jim was very helpful. Gave us a large variety of choices online as well, to fit within our budget. Although Jim's patients were tested several ( maybe many) times. He held it well and continued to work it out with us. Jim stayed in touch and offered us options and answered questions. That's why we chose Horizon Manufactured Homes . We purchased a new beautiful double wide, over 1,300 sqft and it was ready sooner than anticipated. Their set up crew was very professional and clean. Even when the county permits department was giving us trouble, they were willing to provide the documents that they were asking for. Thank you Horizon.

Three models on-site. The first two models left me wondering if I should even continue on, but the third model was fantastic. Honestly they went with the save the best for last strategy. The staff weren't over aggressive and pushy salespeople. In fact, they seemed very disinterested. I guess that's much better than pushy though.

Jim Morgan! What an outstanding salesperson, I couldn’t say how excited my wife and I were to see the finished product on our custom designed manufactured home. It was a long time coming 3 year process with the building from start to finish and now that we just completed and got delivered words couldn’t express the happiness and joy that we have knowing how great it came out. We finally purchased our dream river vacation home at the Palm River Resort after 3 years of renting there! We went through a few realtors along the way and ended up with the BEST of the BEST Jodi Ryan! Wow talk about a huge help, Jodi went over and beyond to make the whole process less crazy !
