I have used Hotgiveways since 2010, for various events held at a bar& grill. It first was used for Monday night football contests , and due to the success of using the Vegas trips, we then used Mexico trips for our annual beach bash party! Needless to say, the trips were the high light of our event, customers stayed longer to see if they won a trip!
Trevor and his team have always been courteous and helpful with any additional marketing needs.
Most recently, we used the trips for our Breast Cancer golf outing fundraiser, & of course , the Mexico trips, were the high light of the raffle event!

As a business owner we decided to try this out to see what type of experience our clients would have if we gave away trip packages for them. Needless to say we have a trip booked in March to Vegas and fulfilled their requirements, and we now have no hotel to stay at for our trip. Consumers beware, business owners stay away. Sales person made false promises and guarantees, VP was even worse with customer service and ultimately said, sorry we cannot help you out. Now we have to get our attorney involved to resolve the matter. Fortunately we record all calls to us, so we have proof of how bad the customer service is with this company.
