Do not order from this business. I ordered 6 custom mugs 8 weeks ago and have not received them. My account shows no change in my order status. They had no problem taking my payment though. Their website states 1-5 days for personalized orders or 2-4 weeks for bulk orders. I've emailed them multiple times and called. No response and always goes to voicemail. Etsy reviews are full of similar stories. Wish I would have checked there before trusting this company.

I ordered mugs as a Christmas gift for my dad and they did not even last 6 months. They probably faded sooner but I did not find out until I visited home and saw them in the cabinet. When I contacted customer service Steven stated it was probably an issue with their green ink because they were washed properly but offered no resolution. My last 3 e-mails over the course of a month asking for a refund or reprint have not been answered. Don't waste your money.

As musicians, when we gig we like taking our cables in a canvas duffle bag, easier to pack. At the venue, we would often find ourselves digging through a bunch of instrument cables to get to a mic cable. We ordered cotton drawstring bags with our logo and type of cable. Steven was very responsive to our inquiries. Acknowledged receipt of our logo and intentions. We received our bags timely and it exceeded my expectations.

I love it when a plan comes together and just organizes me further. I enjoy every extra 5 minutes I gain by this simple solution.

Poor Production Quality and None Responsive Customer Service
I ordered ten masks that were to be identical for an event. The printing on some of the masks was faded, some of the mask had been repurposed as I could read the logos that were previously on them. All of the masks were not even the same. What was sent to me never should have left the business. Also, I contacted them twice on Etsy and have never received a response. I emailed their customer service department and still haven't received a response. I have called several times only to be routed to voicemail stating that someone would return the call at their earliest convivence. My event is a week away and I'm with a very poor production of mask. You've been warned. Find a reputable and responsive business to work it.
