Jose Gaspar came to my door right as I had reached my frustration level and was about to smash my Frontier router with a hammer. I was sooooo frustrated after ditching Dish Network to go 100% streaming and all I was getting was constant buffering. He quickly let me know that all the workers I've seen around my neighborhood are installing fiber (finally!!) and that I can now upgrade. I invited him inside, it was freezing cold that night and he was obviously on foot. Jose explained the process and all my options very clearly and we made a deal. I had to reach out to him a few days later because I hadn't been contacted for the install, within minutes I had an appointment. Sergio came and installed, was at my house 2 hours or so and I now have the fastest internet I've ever had. Jose sent me a follow-up text a few days after to see how the install went, which I did not expect at all!! I am extremely impressed with Jose's work ethic, sense of urgency, attention to detail and all around amazing customer service. You don't see that very often these days so he was, and is, definitely a breath of fresh air. He is an incredible asset to your team!! Give that man a raise, it's well deserved.

One of the best and most efficient sales men I've come across in a very long time. Being in the sales game myself, I know what it takes to be a successful salesperson. The real truth is one cannot learn how to be a Great salesperson it is an innate factor which cannot be taught, in my opinion salesmen are not made but born.

I was really iffy on them just showing up at my door! When I say Jose is the best at what he does he made sure I was completely comfortable before he proceeded with anything. I love how he explained everything and gave me a lot of reassurances about making sure my information wasn’t stored for personal reasons.
