Finding a home is a daunting task; finding the right person to be in your corner is even more difficult. Jane has absolutely went above and beyond when it came to securing my new home before it was even built. As someone who is running a company, I am extremely limited on time and finding someone with expertise is the key to efficiency. Jane has allowed me to have have more time with my dogs and my girlfriend Roxie by continuously updating me on the status of the build, the contract that is being offered, and making sure I have the best deal on my end. The only thing I regret is not writing this review any sooner. Full transparency, she always sends out a weekly real estate update via email that is packed full of information on the market trends. The greatest part about the email: she isn't telling you the generic story that if you do not buy a house now, you will miss a once in a lifetime opportunity. (Full disclosure, I bought the house back on March 1st and have now gotten to leaving a review. Every time I see her email, it's always between a lunch break at work and tell myself I will do it when I get home but I forget.) Have Jane in your corner as your real estate agent, you won't regret it!

Jane is fantastic! I highly recommend her. She helped us from the very beginning when we were just playing with the idea of moving, right to the last moment when we needed reliable contractors to do minor remodeling before we move in. We have found the perfect home together and the road to perfection was not an easy one. Jane made it happen and she worked exceptionally hard removing all obstacles. She not only took care of what was needed, but she made it a pleasant experience. We have been owning our home for two months now, and we would not give it up for anything we have seen before or after. That is the joy we all need when we sign those hefty checks. 🙂

Jane Gray was wonderful to work with on our home buying journey. She listened to what we were looking for and set just the parameters for our search so that all the homes that we saw on line were great candidates and did not waste our time. She even got to know me and checked in to make sure that I was not settling for something I did not want, but kept encouraging me and kept us abreast of how the market was doing so that we could have realistic expectations. She was readily available when we wanted to see a house, cheered for us and was very helpful with all the online documents. She was compassionate knowing I was dealing with grief and a big task simultaneously.
