The studio staff was kind and patient during our newborn shoot. We were dissatisfied with the photos that were originally taken. They allowed us to feed the baby and try again. The second batch were much better and we ended up buying a package. I recommend going in with your own ideas and props for a more satisfying experience.

They have a new system to nook appointments. They know nothing about the new system have been trying for days online to make an appointment keeps saying i don3have an account when i made one and they won't book an appointment over the phone anymore

With having 4 kids I always have anxiety when we go take pictures but they always come out so nice! Staff has always been friendly and professional. If you go at a busy time of the year like Christmas you might have a little wait time, but I've gone other times with no wait time at all.

Didn’t even get to shoot my daughters first birthday because LESLIE the rudest employee. No greetings , bad energy & said she’s been working there for 5 years after demanding I couldn’t use props for my daughters shoot. She said she doesn’t care if we left since she had another appointment right after. & said she gave us back attitude due to being 5 minutes late. Who works at a company for 5 years with children especially with a horrible attitude like hers. She said she can only take ABOUT 15-25 photos. When in the past I had more than that amount. Please don’t schedule any photos with this employee who gave the most horrible experience.

Find other alternatives. You have to go thru 3 different websites to download for images. The images that we were given were ONLY 10 for $200!!!! This is not worth it. You would also have to wait 24-48 hours before having access to download your images. Really bad first time experience. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!!!

came in for my sons NEWBORN photos pics i'll never be able to take again because i'm broke and booked with jcpennys and the lady said she didn't know how to wrap my baby up like a little bean. yet they did with my daughter 4 years previously. idk maybe it's not her problem but it really upset me

I absolutely loved taking my baby’s first birthday/family pictures, (Jessica) was absolutely amazing! So friendly & nice! Making everything possible to get the perfect photos and getting my baby to smile. Will definitely be returning back to her in the future!!
