Terrible customer service. Purchased a cold air intake kit. One of the small filters for the air injection hose was not the correct filter. It was in the correct sealed package with the correct part number, but the filter itself was different than every picture I could find of that same part number online. This means that at some point in manufacturing and packaging, the incorrect style filter got put in the package with the correct part number for the kit.

The filter cost about 25 dollars. Unfortunately, I had nearly the entire kit installed before I realized what they sent wouldn't work because it was on almost the last step you install the filer in question. I couldn't just return the kit and it wasn't the vendors fault.

Sent an email to sales and tech at K&N detailing everything with pictures and all. Never heard back. Called and talked to a lady who stated they never got any emails from me even though the email address was verified that I sent it to the correct one.

My one star review is because instead of them just sending me out the correct filter part, I was instructed to jump through a bunch of hoops requiring more information, photos, and answering a bunch more questions, etc. for a 25 dollar part in a kit I paid 300 dollars for. It's like the service rep was just reading off a script and really didn't care as I had pretty much the entire kit sitting installed on my vehicle.

Garbage customer service that will make you jump through hoops for THEIR screw up.

Absolute garbage customer service. Don't even bother emailing them as I don't think anyone checks it. I ordered air and oil filters for my truck, and after a week I had no tracking information. I emailed and asked if there was any update, both filters showed in stock still. After 10 days my oil filter arrived in a box that was like 10x bigger than the filter box with one small piece of packaging paper. I checked the status and my air filter still had not shipped, and then it showed out of stock. I call the customer service number and the lady basically told me that they were out of stock now and I would get one when they came back in stock, I asked if they could send it expedite shipping when it did arrive since they messed up and either oversold or other people got their filters before me. She said that they don't do that but they should have them by the end of the week (3 days).. Well I had the email set up to notify me when they came back in stock and it took another 3 days for them to ship it after I called again they finally sent it.
They make decent filters but I will never buy them again from them and I doubt I will buy again even from other retailers.

Paid for a 24x24x1 HVAC filter that was never shipped out but marked as complete and shipped out. Emailed and called numerous times but never got a reply.
Avoid this company at all cost as they will just take your money and not ship out products you paid for.
You have been warned. Don’t get scammed.

They do not care about their products, as they always just shove multiple products (including liquids) in the same box with everything, and with no protection around anything. This is at least the 10th time I’ve received a shipment with leaking bottles, damaged and/or missing products. I’m sure the products themselves from this company are a good quality, but they need to take more care and pride into their work and pack things better.

Purchase an older vehicle with one of their cold air intakes already installed. The air tube was cracked already when I bought it. Reached out to K&N and they sent me a new one free of charge. Great customer service on top of their great products!

Order a cold air intake for my pick up off the website website was a little misleading wound up getting the wrong one for the wrong year. Cost me $80 out of my pocket to send it back. Made several phone calls the customer service they push you off to accounts payable. Can’t get anybody to call me back. Been waiting five weeks for my refund still no refund will never do business with Canon engineering again never

While customer service is dead...I got a middle aged American on the phone. They processed my warranty in a seamless and quick way. My replacement arrived 3 days later (on a Sunday!) and was perfect. Install in 5 minutes. I never expected this in today's age when no one wants to or can do anything... Nice work!
