Hello! My name is Ben I a marine corps veteran and IT professional. I spent 3 years doing IT in the service. Once I got out I worked 2 years at a satellite teleport doing tech support. I am so impressed with how well things went and are ran here even though they have literally sooo many customers and very few workers. Bryan and Jim are awesome! Very professional kind and patient. They know their stuff got me taken care of much faster then I thought possible (good job boys). Anyways absolute HIGHLY recommend this place for any tech or IT needs they do a great job and know their stuff and are very pleasant to work with.

Came in looking for more storage on my daughter’s laptop. I wasn’t sure what I needed but the person was very helpful and pleasant. The WD 1T hard drive was competitively priced and in stock. This place is great! 👍👍

I took a broken phone to the young man one weekend he said $40 to fix it and the next weekend he said $50 so I think you can take it from there

Took my desktop in, received a phone call the next day totally fixed the issues!! Thankfully it wasn't a hard fix. No charge for thr service, and very friendly staff. Even Claudia the owner kept in contact with me. Highly recommend this place for all your tech needs.

Konocti Computer in Lakeport, CA. is a compact powerhouse, not a cavernous big box store! Claudia and her staff run a tight ship: knowledgable, congenial, resourceful and always up for the challenge of helping us maintain our needed tech devices. You know how emotional we are about our smart phones, tablets and laptops!! I admire Konocti Computer's ability to juggle the myriad details of tech devices. I got a good refurbished laptop from Claudia in Summer 2020 for a good price and it has served my modest computer needs. Other helps were there as well.
Tech always has its complexity but I truly appreciate the street smart and
congenial folks at Konocti Computer. Bring your sincere questions and give them a try.
