This place lacks proper management and training. The location is also a bit sketchy; however it is accessible for those who need it, I noticed they take WIC and EBT. The restaurant has gotten our orders wrong multiple times but they are apologetic. I don’t recommend their tamales either since they are dry.

Fresh food. Can be pricey sometimes. The cashiers sometimes try to charge us double and they think we don't notice but we always do. I don't know if it's bc they're still being trained, not paying attention or lack the skills to be at the cash register but it's happened numerous times to me and my family. Still love coming here. The bakery is the best. Fresh bread all the time.

Mentioned numerous I am NOT here to buy chicken yet they sent me home with chicken tamales. This is not the first time and there is no excuse for a business to be this careless. I live 30 minutes away and always tell people in Yuba City to steer away from this place.

We are extremely disappointed in the recklessness in this business. They sneak in charges and purposely give wrong items to customers. The atmosphere is very shady and there is people smoking inside. We are very frustrated with our experience and we don’t recommend coming here.

Lately this place is lacking management. The cashiers are rude don't pay attention when scanning items. Don't greet you.some are on there phone or with long nails that should not be allowed. They take forever on opening other line. They also have signs on the bench that state do not sit there. But when you wake in you see the employee sitting there chit chatting being loud.on a break sitting there or waiting to clock in. That's very unprofessional. Management would need to look into it and have discipline. That's bad customer service.

NO COMPREN PASTELES DE TRES LECHES NI POSTRES!!!!
Compre un pastel a noche 11/9/23 para celebrar el cumple de mi papa y el pastel estaba echado a perder y la manager ni disculpas pidio. No se como puedan bender esto a la jente le dije an mis amigas y dicen Que tambien les paso a ellas!
DO NOT BUY THEIR TRES LECHES CAKE!!!!
I purchased a tres leches cake for my fathers birthday and it was spoiled. My son had started to eat it before I realized it was spoiled and started throwing up immediately!
I took it back to the store and the pm manager was so unapologetic about and just refunded my money. This all could’ve been avoided if the had expiration times on their cakes or what time they are prepared. Way to ruin a special day and not even apologize for it.

As a Hispanic person this place is terrible. The cakes are over priced, sweet bread is OK but you have to grab fresh stuff otherwise they resell the old bread. People in the meat department are super creepy towards women. Cashiers chit chat with the managers and each other and take forever to help.
