When I applied I Got placed quickly into a position that fits well with my availability. After a while I got offered a higher paying position and I’ve been here for 4 years. If you need a job they’ll do their best to place you in an environment you’d feel comfortable working in.

WOW and I was going to go there 😳but seeing these reviews I guess I won't. It's sad that this company is suppose to help those with a record to be a better person in society just to be kicked down even lower than they already are. People just want to work and make an honest living and be respected and treated with dignity. I know it must be hard dealing with people and you are only trying to help them get on their feet.But these reviews speak volumes and totally out way the good.

I am a current college student that only lives in this city over breaks. For two years now I have been able to return to Labor Finders and they have made it very easy for me to find a job during these breaks. The people there are excellent and extremely helpful. They do their best to find you a job that accommodates your personal needs and skills. Would strongly recommend, always a pleasure to work with them.

I worked for Labor Finders for about a year and a half and it was a good experience. The ladies at the office are always so sweet and willing to help you with any problems you have. They made sure I felt safe in my work environment which is so important to me as a woman. They were always willing to go out of their way to make sure I felt safe! However, I had a few coworkers who were very prideful in how they were "SO petty" which ended up making for an extremely toxic and uncomfortable work environment, which was ultimately the reason I quit and found work elsewhere. Again, the company itself was great, I could have just done without the toxicity I felt in the workplace.

If I could rate this place zero stars or worse I would. But one star it is I guess. This place is so unprofessional. My husband got a job through them and they’ve been very rude and have had immature behavior. He’s called and asked questions and the desk ladies have had attitude with him and have hung up in his face. I wish there was somewhere higher I could report them to but this is all I could find. I’d just like to warn people not to go through them for jobs even if you’re desperate. These people are horrible

This review has been long overdue...this Agency is the best agency in the high desert. I have dealt with many corporations but this team " cuts the cake". They not only made sure I got the best pay with my experience, they did everything in and beyond their power to make sure their clients and employees were always okay. I applaud all their hard work and not only professional but actually care about us unlike other agencies that see us as numbers.
