Liquid FX is absolutely the MODEL of what a pool contractor - actually any contractor - should be.

My relationship with Nick and Liquid FX began in 2021 with the build of my pool. I had a difficult location, a covered porch that was not high enough for equipment to pass under, fairly steep terrains for the equipment to navigate, and a lot more. The designer was incredible in strategizing all of the logistics. And, when Nick showed up to mark out the dig, his eye noticed various natural elements and we actually shifted and did an on-the-spot revision of waterfall and decking placement. As the build progressed, several people commented that they had never seen a pool built with such structural soundness. And the finished decking was so skillfully, beautifully, done. Every single person that I dealt with throughout the entire process was exceptionally polite and professional, from explaining what they were doing, answering all of my questions, paying close attention to my requests, to sharing personal conversations, like a mutual love of dogs. And, they were all very efficient and very hardworking.

When my pool was about eight months old, an unfortunate incident of serious damage occurred to my pool. Initially, no one knew what had happened. Nick considered the possibility of a manufacturers defect, and had the product manufacturer representative come up from Southern California to inspect. He wanted to figure out what was going on with my pool, but he also wanted to proactively address it with other customers for which he had built pools. That is INTEGRITY at its highest degree.

The product manufacturer inspected my pool on three occasions as he tried to figure out what was going on. It was ultimately determined that it was not a defective product. The next step was to consider options for repair. As I did not want a pool that was patched, I was placed on his repair schedule. But then the winter came … and my pool was finally repaired earlier this month. I saw familiar faces who remembered me and my dogs, and my customer experience was, again, excellent. And my pool looks like nothing had ever happened.

I cannot say this strongly enough - anyone considering having a pool built, I unequivocally recommend Nick/Liquid FX. I don’t think there is a company out there that could match the quality, beauty, or customer service of Liquid FX. It was a memorable experience, in a very good way.
