LOVED LOVED my neon sign!!! David and his wife were super sweet and patient with me! They were able to do payments, and there's something great about supporting small business. Super talented! David has a lot of knowledge in the industry.

Their son carlos promised multiple times that he would come do the work, I prepaid and waited 3 times when he said he will come do the sign, and all of those times he said he will be here within a few hours. Stood up every time. I came for a refund and got it from his father david and mother, but carlos came out like he wants to fight me and angry that I am not being fair, but he finally did some work and I paid but he ruined my roof and left it torn open for 3 months and he kept telling me he will eventually come fix it. I finally called the shop and dad told me he will fix this weekend. I called him and it was "off" so I texted and found out he blocked me. I tried my second phone and phone/texts went through. Terrible business models.

I would have given them a minus 0 if I could. I order 16 inch channel letters for my business. Gave them a a thousand down three months ago and still have no sign on my business. They never answer their phone and on occasion will do a call back with excuses as to why they can't put up the sign. I have tried to be patient but after three months and no sign I have had to file a small claims suit against them, and am reporting them to the BBB. I have lost business and thousands of dollars waiting for them to get my sign up. I would never recommend anyone to use this company,

I would give 0 stars if I could. It took him months to do the sign we paid for and I’m less than 4 months the lights went out. We had another company come by to check it out because Charlie doesn’t return calls nor does he show up like he says he’s going to. Come to find out, he put used parts up and now we have to pay someone to get it fixed. Do not use this “business” unless you want to be ripped off! He did the same to the church next to us,
