Usually, he does good work, but with my last dealing with him, he was completely unprofessional. Never returning phone calls, wasting weeks of my time, constantly making excuses for why he couldn't connect with anyone from my design team or myself, excuse after excuse! I finally go to his office to find out exactly what the major malfunction is, and he just walks up to me shaking his head and tells me he can't do the project. Like I'm bothering him. Now, mind you, I've recommended many people to this guy's business and brought him my business whenever I needed signs or banners. NEVER AGAIN! I took the same job to someone else, and the design was done in one day. One day, Matthew!! And the job was done within one week. Business must be good if you think you can blow off loyal customers. You won't see me again.
