Terrible customer service by Larry in particular. I've called to schedule our equipment to be serviced multiple times. Larry, the manager says calling their technician is the best they can do (I've waited a week from the technician to schedule an appointment). No help at all. Then the technician James, finally calls and says he's waiting on graphtec to call back to ask what parts to order, when they haven't even diagnosed the problem. Crazy how people can have a business with no customer service, then try to order parts for a machine without even diagnosing the problem.
