Wow, what a gift Laura has been to me. Laura's empathetic, compassionate, inspiring, and energetic coaching, has helped me realistically use the SMART approach. She would set goal markers for me and during our coaching sessions, she would ask if I met those markers. If I didn't, she would redirect me to take accountability and responsibility. In addition, she would help me problem solve and assist me in readjusting my goal markers. Thank you Laura for being my awesome coach.
