Fieldstone Communities - Sycamore Grove: DO NOT buy from these people. They claim their mission is to make your home buying process as simple and enjoyable as possible but it was nothing but lies, disrespect, bullying and no compassion. BEWARE.

Replying to owner’s response:

When you say “tough for most builders” and comparing us “rest of the buyers” is clearly showing your inability be flexible, personable and lack of empathy. We have already explained our circumstances and how many days we needed but to come back to us with your “generous” offer of only 2 days is BULLYING, DISRESPECTFUL, and INCOMPASSIONATE. Please take criticism and improve rather pushing the blame on the customer which just proves all my point above on how you guys operate.

My wife loved the area and the lot so we gave them another chance. Process was horrendous was start to finish. Gave us wrong information, did not provide us with proper warranty documentation, and many other things. Worst part, they forced us to close when the house was not complete. Paint exterior missing, ring doorbell not installed, poor painting interior and many many other things. Seller did not give builder more time to complete and forced us to close. And guess what, they will penalize us fees for moving back closing date. Do you buy a new car with missing paint? We expect minor things to be fixed after purchased but we expect the house to be presentable when we close. I have all the receipts if you dont believe. Stay away from these terrible people.
