This was our first time visiting noodles and company. I’ve passed it plenty of times and wish I’ve stopped in sooner to try. Me and my wife ordered and was given the food in no time. Immediately when we walked in we were greeted and welcomed. The host Jakya and her coworkers were amazing. She invited us back and informed us of the rewards program. I think I’ve found my new go to spot! We will be back!

I've been a loyal customer for some time now. I've been paying $17 for buttered noodles with double chicken. That alone sounds like it's worth $10 but whatever. Most of the time they don't even put double chicken. So I'm paying extra for nothing. But today was the last straw. I specifically ask for there to be no Parmesan cheese, and they don't listen. Then when I drive all the way back to have them remake it they don't apologize and give me one with single chicken even though I paid for double. I'm done. Even Mother Teresa wouldn't put up with this

Been here multiple times now and it is absolutely delicious, I've been getting the buttered noodles which is only 7 bucks which is a fair price I think. You have the option to add a protein on it but it is extra, so I opt out of that so without any protein it still tastes good, there is also the option to substitute the sauce at no charge, love that! Pictured is my regular order here, Buttered noodles with Alfredo sauce its absolutely delicious. Customer service is good and the wait for your order is less then 5 min at most. Great job overall!

Edit: brought the overall score down to 4 stars because they recently changed their entire menu and changed the option to add/substitute sauce options on their website so can only add sauce on the side for an additional charge. Originally it was no charge to substitute sauce.

Wisconsin Mac & Cheese. When the words Wisconsin cheese with macaroni made my mouth water I knew my taste buds had to try it. Gooey like cheese glue (in a good way) with perfectly cooked elbow macaroni noodles in every bite. Very satisfying and each bite is better than the last as the cheese flavor continues to marinate into the noodles. I could not finish it all and the leftovers were perfect the next day.

The food arrived without much of a wait. Friendly staff. Clean inside restaurant.

I do recommend checking the app or website online before you go since it appears there are money saving meal deals for pickup that are not displayed on the menu at the restaurant.

I look forward to enjoying again in the future as there were several other dishes I still wanted to try especially the buttered noodles and/or spaghetti.

I recently collected my to-go order and returned to work to enjoy my meal. While I was nearly finished with my mac and cheese, I unfortunately discovered a strand of black, straight hair unexpectedly mixed in with my food. I attempted to contact the store for, but my calls went unanswered. For context, I have blonde braids.

This location had a very odd moldy smell and dirty walls where we sat. Lights were out in the kitchen, making the restaurant look dark and unwelcoming, but we decided to still try the food... the food was not great for the price I paid. It was definitely not at all what I expected. The disappointment was real 🙁
The employee who took our order was friendly, so 2 starts.

Portions have gotten smaller. The Japanese udon was good, potstickers were cold and sad, and the chicken parmesan looked like a TV dinner. Service was nice since it was slow and we were the only ones in the restaurant. The drink machine was out of most offerings.

First time here and it was a really great experience. When you walk in there is a menu on the wall to look at before you get to the register. Once at the register we were greeted by Rebecca who was so helpful and friendly. I got the chicken Parmesan and my daughter got the BBQ chicken. I felt like the price was spot on. She gave us a number to place on the table and she brought our food over to us. It was so good and the chicken was definitely crispy. I can't wait to get back and try another dish There were so many to choose from.
