One of the best Burrito places in the Valley! And the burgers are great too!

Inexpensive prices, and huge portions are the name of the game at this place. I definitely got my money's worth, and the taste, flavor and overall experience were amazing.

Service: you order at the counter, and then someone brings the food out to you. Staff is very friendly and polite. They do work great as a team behind the counter.

Food: amazing!
Carne Asada Burrito $11.25. For this price, you can't beat the portion size, and the quality. The burrito is huge! About the size of a Dos Manos at Baja fresh. But the quality here at Old Time is so much better.
You can actually taste all the seasoning and spice, the rice is cooked perfectly, everything is tasty and tangy.
The quality of the meat is good, and it's grilled 2 perfection. You can actually feel the texture, and it has a great chew to it.

Avocado Bacon Burger $8.95: order it medium rare, you can't go wrong. Juicy! They do give you about a quarter to a half of an avocado on it, and it comes with two slices of bacon. Very tasty! I also like the soft bun. It's a decent sized hamburger, at least 5 inches in diameter.

Parking is plentiful in the back. 2 handicap spaces as well.

If you're in the area, definitely give this place a try, and please tell them I sent you.

Yes, I will be back.

In the area and hadn’t been to this place in awhile. Took my mom for a bite to eat.

The diner was all dressed up for Halloween. Very festive and super fun to see. The lady at the counter said it was the bosses doing. The boss was right there and she was so sweet and kind. I told her I loved what she did to the place.

The staff here are some of the most nicest I’ve encountered. Too bad we can’t clone this diners stuff and put them in the surrounding restaurants of LA. They really know what customer service is all about. Very family oriented. Ask her.

So this being a Diner and everything you have to judge it the way a diner should be judged. It can’t be compared to fast food places; nor can it be compared to an upscale restaurant. Diner nothing more nothing less.

The food comes out fast and it is definitely great diner food. There is a variety of food for everyone’s pallet.

I had the cheeseburger meal, but instead of fries I asked for zucchini sticks. My mom got a baked potato with broccoli and cheese and a hotdog. Everything is good. Only thing I would recommend is making the zucchini sticks bigger instead of so small. Reason being is it, so it’s up too much of the oil when it’s being fried. Other than that very good. My mother said that the big potato in the hot dog was flavorful and good.

If you want to go in, Diner was great service, and good food I would definitely recommend this place.

Ps. They have a drive thru too!

I worked here over twenty years ago, and I came back to visit recently and the food has not changed!!! The place is still owned and ranned by the same Greek family. They are friendly, and the workers are exceptional. You must try the fried zucchini and the house made ranch, it is the best ever, and while your there you might as well try their Pastrami sandwich. I forgot to take pictures of my food, it was so good.

Was introduced to this place by my significant other a few years back. It’s got just about everything you might want for pretty much anytime in the day for those who are indecisive. They have breakfast, lunch and dinner available all day although the biscuits and gravy (my go to favourite item from this place) tends to sell out by around 1030-11 A.M. The staff and everyone here is super welcoming and most of the older and working peeps that come are regularly friendly and will chat while dining in which is getting rarer and rarer around the SFV. Atmosphere is fairly quiet with no frills, just a typical diner to get in and get out anytime of the day. The service is great and always accurate. Love this place and always look forward to coming! They also have a drive thru and you can call to order ahead for larger orders.

Small business, local owned. One of the best and last small mom n pop shops in sun valley you can get a ¼ lb. for 9 bucks, breakfast all day, small order of onion rings is half a bag... some healthy options as well. Food is made to order.

This Drive In Diner has been here forever and always my favorite place for breakfast . This evening I decided to call in my order. I had to try their chocolate shake which is just perfect, thick yet smooth and chocolatier. My pastrami was grilled just right. It’s a big sandwich loaded with pastrami , definitely worth it’s price. I could have went through the drive thru to pick up, but decided to go inside. It’s a cute place, kept clean and cool during gm these hot summer nights.
