When the timing is right, it hits the spot. I order the number one every time I come. I always got the large bowl and it's always slightly too much for me but it's still really good anyways. I think they're used to making a lot of these because the number one also comes out extremely quickly. There's usually a line whenever I come but the wait is usually not too bad. The staff are friendly and will be patient with you even if you take a long time to order.

After a Google search we came for an early dinner. The food was very good, service amazing, and clean comfortable atmosphere. Pho So 1 - Simi Valley is the best to go! Get #99 and a Thai iced tea and thank me later! Prices were great too!

I always come here when I have pho cravings. The service is super fast which is great! I also like the spring rolls because they have both shrimp and pork inside. I ordered my pho with tendon, and they give you a good portion instead of skimping on it like some other Vietnamese restaurants

Busy Friday night, check in was fast and friendly. The wait less then 10 min. Our order was taken right away. Our beverages were served immediately. Service was excellent. The food was hot and fresh and delicious, exceeded our expectations. Look forward to returning.
