I had a great experience with Pixel Designs! I was in a time crunch and reached out to them last minute but they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to make sure I had my product in time! I had them engrave a tumbler for my daughter’s coach. It came out perfect!
I also ordered softball medals from their catalog and had them engrave the backs. Spell check got me and I didn’t realize it until a day before the party. I reached out to Levi and CJ, to let them know that I made a mistake and AGAIN they went above and beyond to help me fix it before the party. I highly recommend this company. The communication is great, work is clean, turn around time is unmatched and clearly customer satisfaction is a top priority for them.

Levi did a great job on a custom order! I needed about 30 small surf boards cut out of Styrofoam board for a VBS we did at my church. Not only did he find the best design for my needs, he also found the perfect material, shipped them with special care, and sent them ahead of schedule! If you need a small custom job or a last-minute personalized gift, he's your man!
