I used to like this place more. It seems the portions get smaller and smaller. Also the staff is usually very nice but anytime the owner is there its like everyone is on edge. She rushes through everything, barely serves decent portions and shes just rude. $1 for 4 slivers of cucumber is ridiculous. Even when I dont get anything extra she wants to short you on every food item.

Just be warned - the portions are not meeting the prices anymore. How do you get more expensive and start shorting the customers.... also stop scaring your staff and be nice to them.

the fish is cut way too small. I like pieces of fish not tiny bits of fish. what are they trying to hide. also, the tuna had the fatty tough strands in it so not very pleasant to ear. I ordered the medium with three scoops of fish. the scoops are pretty tiny so not much fish. tiny scoops of tiny bits of fish. $15 and still hungry. I have eaten at a lot of Poke places and this one could be a lot better. Everything seemed fresh but not good quality fish.

The staff at the day was kind. Got the Large (comes with 4 scoops of protein) and it was good. I stuffed my bowl with mostly everything they can offer but my partners bowl was somewhat lackluster in terms of portion size considering she didn’t get as many sides as me. Also, she likes to eat spicy and got the spicy mayo and spicy house sauce but it ended up hurting her stomach. Overall it was pretty good and I recommend.

Tried this place for lunch & I wasn't impressed at all. Really small portions for what you pay & the rice was old. The staff (at least that day) wasn't very professional..I took 3 years of Spanish in college + various gf's have taught me & I know what the staff was saying & it wasn't very nice at all..never coming back.

I came here for lunch and was extremely happy with what I got. I got the medium bowl and got 3 scoops of protein, tuna salmon, and octopus. They have other protein options such as albacore, spicy tuna, shrimp, scallop, and tofu. They have alot of choices for the mix such as 2 different onions, cucumber, cilantro, pineapple, edameme, kale, corn and jalapeno, 5 different sauces, 3 different sides, and 4 various toppings. Overall alot of different ways to make combinations!

My quick review below:

Quality of food - decent (quality of fish and octopus was okay)
Quantity of food - large for its price tag
Price - got the medium (3 scoops of protein) at 11.99. So worth it!

We felt like we got the best bang for our buck. Decent quality, large quantity, for 11.99! We will definitely be coming back again.

Great, fresh poké in downtown. It's not exactly located inside the building. If you walk along Grand, you'll see it near the steps (going down) that lead to the plaza.

solid portions, very friendly staff. Very tasty food. I love all the toppings and sauces and extras. Price is consistent with the area, which runs expensive. But its L.A. so its expected.
