Awesome new Solar homes in Windsor; close to everything that makes Sonoma County great... nearby brew pubs, wineries, restaurants, the Russian River. These homes are Beautiful! With tall ceilings, lots of natural light, EV ready for your electric car, fully landscaped front and rear with water conscious design; the ultimate in modern living. Check them out!

Location is horrible, backing Walmart with road connecting neighborhood to shopping center. Lots of homeless people sleeping on that parking lot. The street is filled with garbage on one side from all the people parking their car overnight. For that price, this is not the neighborhood you want for you and your family. Houses are nice but location is everything and this clearly misses the mark

Horrible! Don’t sign anything with this builder. Do not move in until you check everything. Windows, doors appliances, stone, cabinets, nothing is in ok status. We have to hire lower to get all things done. Horror company.
