I hired Brent to build a web site for me and I was pleased with the end result. I then hired him to run an Ad Words campaign and that was terrible. He overspent, didnt provide any reporting to us and didnt even install tracking codes in advertising we did. He spent a lot of money with no results and his communication was terrible. Days and days would go by and he would not reply to my emails. I asked him to decrease the daily limit spent on Ad Words and he either forgot or didnt bother as the following 2 weeks we spent more then ever again with no results. The final straw was after we cancelled his services he charged $800 on our debit card a month later saying he thought we had only fired him from Ad Words and that he thought we still wanted him to do SEO work. As a sign of good faith I told him to refund just $550 out of the $800 even though he shouldnt of charged anything. That was months ago and im still emailing him every week to process the refund. Hes clearly ignoring me. Very unprofessional.
