Really nice store a lot of toys and knickknacks. Ryan and Christina were nothing but professionals. They were also very courteous and kind. They offer your notary needs shipping and label needs. They even had a nice conversation with my ex-girlfriend. They offer live scan as well.

i usually have my packages picked up by the carrier, but i needed to send something for my mother and this place was closed at 9:10am. un-freaking-believable. seriously? i hope this is not a corporate store, because someone is getting fired. i already had my package ready and the label taped down. all i needed was for them to take my package and give me a receipt, i had to drive all the way to stetson to the UPS store (whose line was unbearably long and their workers are slow at processing customer requests)

I am very fortunate to live so close to this San Jacinto Postal Annex since I have to mail packages every week. I'm especially fortunate because the employees at this annex are the nicest I've ever come across. They always welcome me and wish me a nice day as I'm leaving!!!

Don’t come here too often but when I sell something and have to print the label & ship it out or make returns they never disappoint. The last time I went I noticed the things that they were selling were very pricey so I never buy anything extra from there. Overall, great place that gets the job done.

Very rude. If you want to be talk to like your a piece of trash for asking questions this is the store for you.if I could give negative stars I would this is the second time I have been there and see horrible customs service.

I have only had bad experiences with this over priced store that likes to rip everyone off. They were trying to charge me 645.00$ for a large package, they said it would only be a few bucks cheaper if I went somewhere else, it was only 176.00$ at fed ex. They lie, they once charged me to wrap a package and it broke due to lack of bubble wrap that they were paid to put in. That costed me 600. Dollars.

I genuinely do not like giving bad reviews, but I will NEVER SPEND MY MONEY HERE AGAIN. The manager Henry has terrible customer service, he literally yelled at me and couldn't hide his frustration because my fingerprinting wasn't taking... He was doing two other things while also helping me, no wonder I couldn't understand what he wanted me to do. NEVER AGAIN!

Been going here since 2016. Haven't had any real issues. Every one here is polite and they try to do their best. I really like the music they play as well. Thank you Henry! And everyone else for checking my pobox when i call. You guys are great!!!
