Requested information concerning a white hat Programmer. I have a virus in my phone that needs to be removed. Your representative answering the phone was unfamiliar With the term white hat. The manager was also familiar with the term. I offered the manager a possibility that she could call her head office to find If WHITE HATS were offered by her agency. I offered my phone number so that she could call me back when she found the answer. Not only did she refuse to take my phone number. But she also refused to call her Head office. I attempted to let her take the lead and provide customer service but she refused. I called head And talk to the original manager.
She was not familiar with the term, white hat – a programmer who kept remove viruses from any type of device.
I explained what it was and how they operated.
She was Polite and accepted the information.
I also suggested that she COACH The manager at this particular store

My experience with Pride Staffing was incredibly disappointing. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful, and they will hang up on you without warning. It’s clear they don’t care whether you find a job or not—they just act entitled and dismissive. Customer service is nonexistent, and their attitude makes the entire process frustrating. I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for employment. There are far better staffing agencies out there that actually treat job seekers with respect.
