Aisles too crowded with piles of displays and too narrow, feels claustrophobic.
Is beautiful store but way too cluttered.
Can't get digital deals, hate multiple buys. Not so friendly staff especially to Canadians. I think I will shop Aldi ,never a hassle and extremely better prices!

The better Ralphs in Greater Palm Springs. Good selection of products and well stocked. Their meat, produce, and deli areas had good choices and prices. The entire store was clean and well kept. The only issue I have is the ever changing location of items in the produce area. Once you get used to where something is,you can count of it being moved the next time you shop.

Canadian visitors. For two golf weeks per year, Ralph's has been our go to grocery store. We could find everything but on dairy cheese. We don't buy fish here because it smells. Fresh fish has no smell. Other than that it's a great store.

Came in one morning to buy coffee cream. I was shocked to discover that this store doesn't hire enough staff to run the check out, and has turned to the disrespectful tactic of forcing the customer to do the job of staff and check themselves out. I'm sorry, I already work for someone else, and I was not trained on these machines, nor do I know how to enter my employee discount. Plus, I'm adding a dollar to each item I'm buying as it is, compared to my regular grocery store - and that store has enough staff that I don't have to do their jobs for them.

This was such a bad experience, I'm turned off the Kroger brand as a whole until their stores stop treating customers like employees

The store was clean and very well organized, but it really is not convenient to shop and have someone with their machine follow you to clean up while the store is still open, I get it oops sorry I'm in your way (me) but the employee could have been nicer and said excuse me after the 2nd or 3rd time around. The cashier was definitely not happy to be there, asked her for a card (we ain't got any, just check out), asked for the restroom(it's in the back someplace). Nice store ugly customer service!

I like shopping at this store, when I'm in town. Good produce, dairy, and dry goods selections. Has a larger wine, beer, and hard liquor area also.
Self check out or cashier check out is available. Plenty of parking.

Very nice store,some competitive prices.
Aisles have way too many piles of merchandise or features as they are too narrow for this. Shopping can be frustrating when you meet other shoppers with carts due to cramped aisles.
Pictures coming next time I shop to prove how cramped.
