From March through May 2024, my family engaged Jim to assist with an eviction from a property we wanted to sell. Jim came to my door via my landlord because of COVID-19 and it was the first time i had ever not been able to pay rent. Very disappointed. Jim did not talk anything concrete to resolve disputes neutrally. He took sides with the seller saying sellers attorney is the only expert person is this real estate matter (why do you need payment then Jim?) and did not point their mistakes or misrepresentations of the property. waste of money.
