We have used Root for years, never had a problem. They are affordable and offer a good service. I live in an area where it is difficult to get internet service, but Root delivers. Small, family owned business. Better then the alternatives.

I stand with Mr.Brennan and feel its unfortunate he was called out the way he was by this company. That was in very poor taste for someone in the customer service business. They offer poor service. I've paid on time for 3 years and kept up my part of the bargain. Root Automation has not. About three times a year our service gets so slow we can't use it. Each time they have told us it's on our end. They even try to sell us more expensive packages to fix the problem. We have made no changes for three years in the number of devices we use. All of a sudden the service will start working fine again without us making any change. I think they have limitations with their back-end bandwidth, and there are also limitations to wireless but you won't get them to admit that. I can handle and accept an honest reason why this is happening, but, I do not appreciate the finger pointing back at me when you are accepting my payment. My wife refused to call them again to deal with these issues as she has not been treated with respect on any previous calls. Today I was hung up on twice by the owner when I called to address the poor connections we were receiving and the poor customer service. Never again will you be able to treat these customers with that disregard. You are fired.

We had service with them, but recently canceled to get a higher speed at AT&T. We are getting twice the speed for the same cost now. I would not reccomend them or go back. I also do not agree with their posts about how people with "sinful" lifestyles shouldn't work for them so they can avoid "unnecessary firing and lawsuits". How a business in this day and age can be so blatantly hateful is beyond me. It is not an internet providers place to decide who's lifestyle is sinful and police their employees based on that.

My parents and I have been customers of Ryan's for many years because of where we live and pretty much since day one we've had problems with our internet connection. Slow speeds, frequent loss of connection so we get his next faster package and it'll be good for a short time then it gets bad again. My parents will call and complain and they'll say it's our router. Come get one of ours to try and it works great for a short time then it'll start screwing up again. If you're thinking about getting internet through Root Automation you might want to think twice.

Hannah P is a great asset to this company. She is professional and acts quickly especially on emergencies. I forgot to ask her to turn on our Wifi at the cabin and called on a Saturday. She turned it on even before we got there. Thanks Hannah for your dedication. We appreciate you!

Extremely unprofessional if I wasn’t with them already I would not have or even consider them as my provider when ur internet goes out with theses guys best believe it’s gonna be down for 2-3 business days

I payed for 2 months of high speed, its not high speed. The guy that put up the dish, put it 1 foot off thr ground so i get poor signal they wont come fix it, realy bad dont waste money here

If you want to pay twice the amount for internet and no customer service... Go for it.. a great company for in the hills... Butt you WILL PAY FOR IT.
