Worst manicure I have ever had. Bubbling, chipping on side and this is after two days. Already have a chip on the side of a nail?. Did not brush off grinding powder after each use. Said I could come back to get it fixed but it should have been done correctly in the first place. When people ask what happened to my French manicure.... I tell them Ashley at roots. Spent a lot of money and left a great tip. Only to have my nails look like this. Now I have to go pay good money to get them fixed.
Two stars. One for the cleanliness of the business and the upscale look of the business.

Took my 4.5 yr old granddaughter. We had mani/pedi together. Three weeks later she still has nail polish on her nails! Awesome time!

I’ve had one haircut here, it was good and affordable. My only gripe would be “ walk ins welcome”. I’ve stopped by 4 times and been turned away 3. I would suggest calling ahead.

Sierra was incredible! She cut and styled my hair exactly how I wanted it and made it look perfect! I love it so much and am so glad she was the one to take care of me! I highly recommend her and will definitely be back!

Kayli at Roots is the ONLY person I will let touch my nails! I have never booked an appointment and had to wait, I am never rushed through my appointment, she is amazing at shaping acrylics, and can do literally ANYTHING when it comes to designs! at this salon, you arent just another number, the girls here actually care about the quality of their work, and you will never leave unhappy with your service! try them out, you won't regret it!

I’ve had acrylics in the past but never cared to much for the people who did them, they was always in a hurry to get you out of their chair whether you nail was straight or not. This place is the complete opposite! They actually pay attention and still get you out in a timely manner. They are so kind to everyone, greet whoever walks through their door, place is very clean & very nice.
