If you want great service and amazing results, work with Sandoval Designs . We hired him to help us with our ADU plans and permits and the experience was fantastic. He guided us along the way to getting the plans approved and helped us apply for the permits we needed to get the job done. He was thorough in his design and asked all the right questions so that our plans were approved on the first submission. He made the process easy and manageable. His prices are reasonable and competitive and worth every penny for his excellent services. He was great at communicating with us every step of the way. “We reached out to several companies for an architectural design drawing for a ADU required by the city . Sandoval Design was quick to respond and offered competitive pricing. I'm giving them 5 stars because they delivered on all the areas I was looking for
1) detailed drawings -which was approved by the city
2) responsiveness - they were able to quickly meet and put together the drawings, and provided drawing revisions when requested within a couple days
