Love this place. I usually go to the one located in Dr.Phillips off Turkey Lake Rd. Decided to visit the Baldwin Park location. Very nice and same great vibes. Nice low key atmosphere.

Seito Sushi Baldwin Park is hands down one of our favorite spots! The atmosphere is the perfect blend of inviting and upscale, making it great for any occasion—whether it’s a casual dinner or a special celebration. We love stopping by after work to unwind with amazing sushi and great drinks. Chef Huy and DC are always so accommodating, making sure every experience is top-notch. And the bar service? Incredible! Phil and Ashton are fantastic bartenders who always craft the perfect drink. Seito never disappoints! Highly recommend!

My mom and I had a wonderful evening at Seito Sushi 🍣 we both ate from the magical dining menu and it was a total 10/10. Everything was delicious including the hangar steak that we got which was a replacement from the sirloin but nonetheless fantastic. They were very catering to our needs and the hostess was very kind when helping my mom out with her wheelchair. We only had to wait about 35 minutes before being seated but it was entirely worth it!! We ❤️ Seito!

Atmosphere/Ambiance is top tier. Food is amazing! We tried the Szechuan Beef Dumplings, Tuna Crispy Rice, Corn Bisque, Rainbow Roll & Ultimate Spicy Tuna Roll. All were delicious. Cocktails were very good and well made. The service lacked attentiveness and our server forgot to put two items we ordered in. However, still giving 5 stars because everything else was great. Would go back for the food and cocktails alone. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try.

Incredible atmosphere and food will definitely come here again! Our waiter Lewis was amazing and attentive. We really really loved the matcha lava cake. Some of the food attendants seemed a little sad and unhappy, hopefully management can make their morale a little more uplifting. But overall incredible experience.

Great spot. Very intimate atmosphere with dim lighting inside the restaurant or you can sit outside. The food was very good and so was the service.
