Most of the drivers are fine and wonderful people. I have had several very poor experiences with a few of the drivers however that leave much to be desired.

I have been passed by while waiting in a snow storm, seen other passengers get flipped off by drivers for asking for a ride in locations they are supposed to be able to flag drivers, and gotten harassed by multiple drivers for non issues.

I have been threatened to be kicked off before the bus even moved because the female driver had a stick up her ass about my small very well behaved dog. I have never had an issue with my dog on the bus before today.

This is a beautiful state of the art station ...it is unfortunate that there is an almost hostile lack of service . The drivers are awesome but the person or persons that create the schedules are incapable of designing routes and schedules that are convenient and efficient . It would also be nice if they informed the public when there are schedule changes ... This creates a bus service with busses that are consistently late .. often over 10 minutes late. Nice expense station with overpaid incompetent management . Got upand out to catch the bus for my doctors appointment and no bus came ..i called stage and no one answered ...no message letting any one of the status or cancelstion . Im disabled and stood un the sleet for a long time with no bus or information . Substandard bullshot service .

Ok FIRST of all your schedule is super hard to navigate. Secondly when I asked the driver what time the last bus left Dunsmuir heading north was he told me he didn't know and basically shooed me off the bus. So when I found the time I sat and waited for 20 minutes just for the bus to not even come so I was stuck in Dunsmuir. You guys need to get a better system or schedule that's simple to read because the way it is now is trash.

While passing through the area I forgot a personal item on a bus. When I got home several days later I called the Transit Center asking about it and was told that it was not in the lost and found. About 45 minutes later I received a call from the lady at the Transit Center and she told me that she had asked the bus driver about it and that he had my item on his bus! She told me of a local company that would pick it up and ship it to me at home. Five days later I've got my lost item home again. Customer service is still alive in special places!

As far as a transit center goes this place is OK no vending though and if you are in a hurry check for layovers. Peace
