I wanted to try this new BBQ spot out a couple of times before writing a review. This spot is awesome! We’ve tried the St Louis Pork Ribs (3 times), BBQ Chicken wings (twice), Crunchy Mother Clucker (chicken sandwich), The Smokehouse Burger, Pork Jalapeño Bacon Cheddar Sausage and Chicken. All the meats have just the right amount of smoke along with what the owner tells me is own blend of rub seasonings. We’ve also tried the BBQ Chicken Salad which was excellent, a meal in itself! The sides are excellent too. We’ve tried the Cole Slaw, Baked Beans with Bacon, Potato Salad and Mac n Cheese (best Mac n Cheese I’ve ever had). Also try the Blue Mesa Cornbread. An amazing and delicious spin on cornbread with honey butter.
Great vibe and feel of this new gem in Pasadena!! Will be going back here often!

Smokehouse Social BBQ is truly one of a kind! From the moment you step in, you can tell this place takes pride in everything they do. The restaurant is spotless, the atmosphere inviting, and the food is absolutely amazing. Every bite tells the story of long hours of marinating and slow cooking flavors so rich and juicy, you’ll know you can’t find them anywhere else.

What really sets them apart is their intentional customer service. Jesen, Jaine, and Krystal go above and beyond to make every visit feel special. The food is made fresh to order, served quickly, and every detail reflects the care they put into creating an unforgettable experience.

This is a very great establishment that serves great food, is clean and has great customer service. The owner Jensen and his staff are very nice and courteous. I have no complaints about this restaurant. This is one of the best BBQ spots in L.A. area. I highly recommend this eatery. The cornbread at this restaurant was amazing!! I can't wait to go back! The prices here are reasonable.

The food is average tasting and way too high priced for what it is. I don't recommend coming here unless they improve their recipes or lower their prices.

8 dollars for 8 ounces of Mac and Cheese, that is purely shell pasta and cheese sauce, and a 15$+ brisket that was unevenly moist and dry with loose toppings dropped in randomly.

Everything else about this place is generic and feels the same as half the places on the same street.

Been keeping an eye on the location and when the new BBQ place was going to open. To my best friend and my surprise, we saw that I was finally open. We were across the street about to go to our usual poke place, but this night we pivoted to Smokehouse. Menu is simple easy to navigate. Food tastes great. The BBQ sauce is excellent. Service was good, even got a chance to give honest feedback to the owner. Good 80's music and atmosphere. Definitely will return and recommend to others. Great location and hope more people find this gem in Pasadena. Try it, you'll like it.

Great experience. My family and friends had dinner there. The brisket was moist and well cooked, the chicken had flavor, the white meat was not dry and
The pulled pork was perfectly flavored. The meat was so well cooked we had a hard time finding a use for the BBQ sauce. Definitely recommend checking this place out.

Was excited to try this new bbq place close to our home. All I can say is we were beyond disappointed.

Food: The prices are outrageous. $18 for 6 ribs with no sides included. We ordered an 8oz of coleslaw for $6 and a 8oz mac and cheese for $8. The ribs and bbq sauce were very good and we did enjoy the coleslaw. The mac and cheese was horrendous, I would prefer something out of a box. For $8, i would not expect something so greasy and lacking flavor.

Service: We were welcomed as we came in and the staff member told us about popular items. You are expected to get your food from the pick up area and buss your table. For the price of the food, I would not expect to have to do that. We were excited to come watch a game on their TVs. The staff member was not initially willing to help us pull up the game we were looking to watch which was frustrating.

Such a shame, we were looking forward to potentially having a fun new place to grabs food/drinks and watch a game. If this place doesn’t adjust their pricing. i don’t see them surviving.
