Checking in to the Comfort Inn, we noticed that there was an Indian restaurant attached to the hotel. Though unusual, we felt like we had to give it a go. So glad we did! The food was excellent. We ordered some veggie Samosas to start, alond with some Desi Gobi Manchuian (spicy crispy cauliflower), Lamb Tikka Masala, Garlic Naan, and plain rice. Everything was full of exotic flavor and cooked to perfection. My only complaints - and the reason for the small deduction - was that the Tikka Masala could have had a few more chunks of meat, and that they didn't have any Mango Chutney. I have never been to an Indian restaurant that didn't offer it. But, I will know to bring my own the next time we are in Irvine ... because we will definitely be going back.

First visit and we were very impressed. The service was fantastic and the food, especially the modern twist on Indian food, was incredible. The flavors are very fresh, and the atmosphere was great. I'm really looking forward to going back and trying more dishes. This time, we had pizzas, which is very unique at an Indian restaurant. It was like Indian gourmet food on top of robust naan bread. Really fun!

Discovered this place and was pleasantly surprised at how good the dishes we ordered were. They lamb was delicious but the saag was the best which tasted authentic and fresh. The only downside was the spice level. Definitely on the milder side when we ordered medium. However a very nice experience.

These are the best samosas I ever ate in my life. The 2 sauces that came with were also amazing. Home made sauces . One was a creamy mint and the other was a semi spicy reddish orangish chili sauce . Delicious food , …….really good.

This place is a hidden gem, tucked inside a Comfort Inn. We had the chicken biryani, Desi chicken, and tandoori salmon. Each of them was flavorful and scrumptious! I don't want to spoil it for you, but the biryani presentation is unique and delicious! Enjoy ☺️

The location inside a hotel is a little strange, but I’m so glad we tried it. The food and service were great and we’ll definitely be back!
