I walked in and had an appointment. I was ignored by the person that was supposed to style my hair. She was speaking in Spanish to some girls and acted like I was invisible. I said I have an appointment with Alejandro she said just a minute and walked away. Another girl came up to help me and called Alejandro and she was talking on phone in back. I asked if I could get someone else and she said they were booked up. I left and had to do my own hair for my vow renewal. Won’t ever be going there again!!!

I had a great experience with Anahita. I had highlights and a cut, she did a fantastic job. My highlights were perfect color and my cut very great experience and I would definitely come again and highly recommend her..

I walked in SDL for my first time when passing it after my Pilates class next door to see if they happened to have an open slot for a blow out. Maryam (the owner) greeted me and said she was booked for the day but could squeeze me in at that moment before her next appointment. She was so sweet and asked exactly what I wanted and I love how my blow out turned out! I'm so grateful that she was willing to take me in last minute in her busy day and I cannot wait to come back..with an appointment next time. 🙂
The salon is so clean and BEAUTIFUL you really feel like you're getting pampered. I'm looking forward to bringing my husband in for a cut as she also does men's (and children's) hair cuts! Thank you Maryam for your hospitality and the beautiful business you run!

Absolutely atrocious. First time I went here was great. Second time, awful! I had Neda as my stylist the second time and she ruined my hair, right before my birthday. I don’t know about other stylists, but definitely don’t recommend her. My bangs were too short and weren’t even, made me hate my appearance on my birthday.

First time getting a haircut by Sunni, amazing stylist for first cut. I moved to OC from Beverly Hills and had a very hard time finding a stylist that spent the time and gave a unique and very precise cut. She styled my hair perfectly, excellent cut, and was personable. Next cut okay, next cut not so good. My last cut drove to West Hollywood to get hair fixed. I looked like a Afghan dog. The back was chopped and not blended. The bangs did not accentuate features. 4 different cuts. Nothing blended! Ugly. Worse part is when friends tell you it is a bad haircut. It was fixed by Master stylist at Planet Salon. Went from long bob to almost a Pixie cut. The haircut now is cute. I plan to drive to LA now. Better to get hair cut by people that keep up to styles, and know modern cuts.

I had a fabulous experience here with Eli today. She was so sweet and knew exactly what I wanted. I just had a beautiful blow out and I feel rejuvenated and ready for the weekend. Very happy and will recommend to my friends!
