This has been our go to spot on weekends when we have some time. It’s worth the drive for us (25 min).

The food is all incredible, not surprisingly they source a lot of their products from local businesses.
The fried mozzarella is superb starter and the fresh, and cheese pull is one of a kind!!! French dip is top 3 I have had in the entire country hands down. The bread is simply incredible and so fresh tasting I can’t explain it but definitely my top go to for my order.

Can’t recommend it enough

Chanda is the best and gave us a great dinner service, ask for her!

This place is so beautiful inside and the service was excellent wonderful mixed drinks the goat cheese with pita chips was fabulous I will return there to have dinner .I highly recommend it . If you've never been there it is a wonderful place

EXCELLENT!!! I can’t say enough how wonderful Social House 227 is. The food, service ,and atmosphere were amazing!! We stopped traveling through and it was worth it! Exceptional place. If you live in the area or passing through it is a must go to. The salad was fresh with homemade dressing, chicken Marsala with homemade mashed potatoes was the best I have had. The mahi and seasonal vegetables were delicious!

We ended up here for a date while in the area and were pleasantly surprised. To start with, the chocolate martini I had (made by Candy) was THE BEST I've had in the entire StL metro area. It was the perfect mix of chocolate and liquor.
The salads we got with dinner were also wonderful. They were huge, filled with mixed greens and other toppings, and so much better than other places where you get iceberg lettuce and maybe 2 croutons. The quality and attention to detail were really noticeable here.
The steak my husband had could have been been a better ribeye, and my baked ziti was better than mediocre, but we will definitely be back. The menu has a perfect mix to suit my picky family....and I'll definitely be back for the chocolate martini!

We loved our early dinner here! The staff were all nice. Our waitress Chase was attentive, so nice and answered all of our questions. The food was amazing. She is definitely an asset to the team! Will be back next time we pass through. Delicious and well priced.

Fun Sunday brunch! Bottomless Bloody Mary and Mimosa bar & tots make everyone feel happy. And, chicken & waffles or monte cristo menu options are awesome. Helpful staff, great vibe and service. We will be back!

We stopped in on a whim. Adorable restaurant on a sleepy main street. Nicely decorated and inviting. Indoor seating, as well as patio.
We ordered crispy fish sandwhich, greek wrap, and fried mozzarella. The wrap was good, fries crispy. The fish was OK, maybe a bit undersized, but the tarter sauce was good.
The kitchen was a bit slow, but our waitress made up for it.

Enjoying life 1 sip, 1 bite, and 1 small town at a time.

The food is always great and the service friendly. I’ve been several times for lunch and dinner and never had a meal I didn’t like. The atmosphere is great for families, a business meeting, or a for a fun gathering. Highly recommend!
