We had an amazing stay at Sonesta ES Suites Fresno! We spent four nights in a one-bedroom suite, and it was really nice. While the cleanliness was good, I personally think it could have used a little extra attention—but that’s just a preference.

The highlight of our stay, especially for me and my son, was breakfast. Carrie and Laura, who managed the breakfast area, were incredibly kind and welcoming. Sometimes hotel breakfast setups can feel a bit awkward, but that wasn’t the case here. They made the experience feel warm and inviting. They are very friendly and made us look forward to breakfast!

While traveling on business several rooms were booked for our corporate officers. The staff was friendly! Carrie was socially a wonderful person and helpful. Laura was professional. Helping us with extra water for the road was nice. Just a note for the owner, the sofa bed was not comfortable, like sleeping on a canoe with springs. Everything else was so amazing that we can say honestly. The pool felt heated, nice fire pit at night and the basketball court was a cool exercise in the evening. Thank you for making our company feel welcome.

I’ve been staying here for almost a month now due to traveling for work. Since the first day I arrived to check in, the front desk has been ON IT and taking great care of me. Derek, Tamara, Dean and Cal all do a wonderful job keeping my needs satisfied. Carrie and Laura help kick start most of my mornings with a tasty breakfast and send me off with great spirits. 10/10 recommend to all my friends and coworkers!

Excellent place to stay with tour family. It's clean and the entire staff is very friendly. We checked in at midnight and the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious Carrie and Laura had the area clean and stocked and were very friendly as well. Definitely will stay here again.

A nice welcome after a long drive. Greeted warmly at the front desk and given information about the property and a clean, comfortable room. Bed is comfortable and plenty of towels and pillows. One of the best hotel breakfast buffets and well stocked with plenty of choices. Carrie and Laura are ready to help and keep the cafe running smoothly, I bet this location is glad to have them. Traveling to Fresno to visit family and will be sure to book future stays here.

I had a really pleasant one-month stay at Sonesta ES Suites. The rooms are spacious, and the kitchen is well-equipped. Everything was very clean, which I truly appreciated. The breakfast was excellent, featuring pancakes, eggs, bacon, and even a taco station. I also appreciated the helpfulness and kindness of Laura and Carrie. I would definitely recommend this place!

I am extremely pleased with this place! I saw the great rating online and had to experience it myself. The Customer service is outstanding, the suites are very spacious and extremely clean. The staff is extremely social, helpful, friendly, and professional. We’ve had the opportunity to interact with Carrie in the kitchen and she has excellent customer service and did not shy away from making sure we were taken care of, and the breakfast made by Cal was so delicious along with the whole breakfast set up. Many choices to choose from and a great environment for families. We had the opportunity to interact with Dean at the front desk! Amazing staff. I would recommend this place for anyone!
