Terrible company, garbage leads, do not use this company! I had a no show they they refused to schedule another meeting. The other appointments they set were terrible and not qualified leads. They basically pressured them into taking the meeting even though they didn't want to meet.

T3 is a marketing company who we hired to set face to face appointments with qualified potential clients regarding commercial property and casualty insurance. I was very excited for the potential.

The experience has been so disappointing its boarder line comical.
The biggest problem aside from their terrible customer service program is there is nothing to stop them from setting bad/unqualified appointments and charging you for them. They will offer to replace them but that creates an additional problem.

We signed up for 1 billed appointment per week = $900 per month at $225 per appointment.

If 2 of those appointments need to be replaced they will still charge you $900, but now will attempt to set 6 appointments the following month and in theory will still only charge you for the 4 billed appointments. That does not happen. On several occasions we were charged for even the replacement appointments that they owed us and were already charged for.

They now owe us 7 appointments with no light at the end of the tunnel.

So completely disappointed with not just the lack of qualified appointments that they set but also with their lack of customer service.

Working with T3 over the past 6 months has been one of the worst business decisions I've ever made. We have wasted about $4000 on them.

Think twice about hiring them, trust me.

T3 Direct Marketing has out performed our expectations! My company hired them to help us market our company and book appointments. Glenn in sales was upfront about cost and what services where included. April in Quality Control is quick and responsive to our questions and offering solutions. And Luis who is in charge of our online and social media aspect has been on point and delivered on all his promises. Highly recommend the team at T3!

T3 produced a lot of appointments but many if not most were useless. In several cases the prospect did not even know that I was coming; In several other situations the person I was meeting with told me as soon as I walked in that they had told the caller that they were not in the market and were locked into their incumbent venders. T3 agreed in principal to replace these appointments but in fact never did - despite numerous calls & discussions.

The team at T3, specifically Glen, Luis and Anthony have been great. The appointments have been solid. They are a professional organization with your best interest in mind. I would recommend them to anyone for marketing and appointment setting.

I decided to give T3 a try after using another local telemarketing company with little success.
T3 was able to generate appts, however many had to be replaced, because the caller didnt qualify the prospect. T3 set over 30 appts for me of those most had to be replaced. They were very accomodating with replacements. Not sure i would go the telemarketing route again.
