The staff sound bothered and irritated and greet you with a raspy voice and bitter attitude. Joyce does not know how to effectively communicate and treats her paying customers poorly by replying to requests late and with a very sour combative tone. The only benefit is they are inexpensive but you absolutely get what you pay for. I suggest you choose elsewhere for your answering service needs if you require any sort of professionalism.
