0 stars for Paul Heaps and his team at Real Property Management. Nobody answers phones. They schedule maintenance appointments and nobody shows up.

This business is so pathetic and disorganized, the person who was supposed to show up for maintenance last 2 appointments hasn’t worked with RPM for months.

The person scheduling the appointments for the maintenance person no longer with the company works out of the Philippines.

Avoid these people and their companies at all costs.

The Heaps Team are a pleasure to work with when buying a new home. My husband and I had Becky Heaps show us several homes in one day. She listened to what we wanted in a home and we found the perfect house for our family. Becky and her whole team were absolutely phenomenal. She worked with both me and my boyfriend’s extremely difficult and ever changing work schedules and made it work.
