Not sure how they got 18 positive reviews. I called about a position I saw listed and surprisingly was told to email and they'll get back to me. If you have someone on the phone wouldn't you want to discuss the position right then? And if you're busy, then at least reply to the email promptly. I haven't gotten a response and it's a full day later. I call that extremely unprofessional. How do you expect to fill positions if you won't even get back to candidates when they call and email? At least discuss the position in brief on the phone so you don't waste anyone's time. Mismanagement going on here. And have you noticed their logo is a rip-off of Amazon's logo? There's a lawsuit waiting to happen...
