It's very hard to trust a review company that gets its money from the people you're reviewing. And their customer service is bad. They pool reviews even when there's documentation because they have a relationship with a lot of the companies you're reviewing.

I had an issue with a company that was charging people for trials when they said they were not. I sent all the documentation in. I was asked a few more questions and sent more documentation and to prove. 5 months later they pulled the ad saying I didn't have any documentation. When I inquired about it, they sent a generic response. When I inquired that you were sending me generic responses, they send in the same generic response.

It's very hard to trust somebody who is untrustworthy and yet they're called trust pilot. I hope they find a pilot because their plane is not flying well.

Trustpilot is a completely manipulated and pay-to-play platform! I left a 100% honest review, only for it to be removed by their system without any valid reason. This proves that businesses can pay Trustpilot to control their reputation, silencing real customer experiences while boosting fake positive reviews.

How can anyone trust a review platform that censors the truth? This is nothing but a fraudulent, biased, and deceptive system designed to protect paying businesses, not consumers. If you rely on Trustpilot, you’re being misled. I will never use this site again, and I urge everyone to think twice before trusting their ratings!

I generated the QR Code and placed it on the client's material. But there was no explicit information or warning that the validity is 9 days. The information is hidden and I will suffer a loss due to the material already printed. I think this is an act of ill will. If it is paid, then let me know before generating it. They did it in bad faith.

I made a positive review for a company that utilizes their reviews. It was removed because they could not verify me and then wanted my personal information to decide if my review and myself are valid.

We just started our business in Sep 2024, and we have asked customers to leave reviews.

One got in touch saying TrustPilot had rejected it, and when he eventually was able to leave his 5-star review, TrustPilot shows it as 3.7!

This is so ridiculous: not only does it misrepresent reality, it may cost us future customers if they check this sham rating, on this sham website.

I am trying to get this fixed with them, but the "customer service" is far below average, so probably we will have to go the legal route.

Trustpilot reviews can not be trusted. They are colluding with businesses to advertise them while giving Trustpilot users the illusion of being able to leave fair and honest reviews about those businesses. They are picking through reviews and allowing companies to flag reviews multiple times, creating a huge burden for the user to continuously prove, verify, or follow up. I did an honest review of Marble Law Firm, which Trustpilot made me verify multiple times over the past 1.5 years - and then today, way after the fact, I get an email saying my review was removed due to some "promotional" violation that made zero sense. It's clear they are allowing businesses to alter their review history while knowing most users won't followup, even years after the fact, and then new users are exposed to fraud and other poor experiences because those negative reviews have been altered, tampered with, or removed. I was preyed upon while in a vulnerable legal situation, and a business I found via TP, posed as a lawfirm to me while taking $8000 from me. The lawyer they provided me with destroyed my case, missed tons of phone calls and deadlines, and ignored court orders that needed action taken within time deadlines (that they missed). Then I find out they are advertsing as a lawfirm, but they are not actually a legitimate lawfirm (just some referral service in a disguise ripping people off). The company, Marble, I reviewed afterwards via TP and gave a full and honest review of my experience. Now, years later, TrustPilot is still allowing this company to toy with my honest review, to the point of it finally being removed again, for not legitimate reason. This really makes me mad becaues its going to put other people at huge risk, just like myself - and those people are dealing with family law cases that involve children. TrustPilot should be sued - and if I end up having to go that route with Marble now (seriously considering that due to the morning I had regarding this all of a sudden again), I will be pulling trustpilot into that case since they now appear to be assisting the fraudulent companies clean up real negative reviews about them. Trustpilot, your review site is walking a fine line of fraud. You are also allowing companies to remove real reviews and replace them with ABSOLUTELY FAKE positive reviews. I can also prove this happens because people from the company leaving those fake positive reviews will follow to outside review sites, using different names, but copy and pasting the same positive review in multiple spaces. This is beyond a circus and I am beyond PO'd that I have to deal with it - and extremely annoyed that I am now seeing the role TP plays in this mess. Your review site is putting people at HUGE risk by tampering with the reviews. Hiding negative reviews from real people who can verify payment is a huge liability. Especially when you are doing it for absolutely fake lawfirms posing as legit legal resourcess like Marble Law. You should 100% ban Marble Law from advertising on your website. Do your research. The company is dangerous and preying on vulnerable people in legal situations. Ban them from your website already because it's going to lead to trustpilot getting blamed for it eventually. And if this is going to be permitted to continue moving forward, I will dedicate my extra time to alerting people about Marble and about TrustPilot's shady practices with those particular companies that are being reviewed. How much is marble law paying you to help them cover up their fraud?

I have used trustpilot for years. They are extremely overpriced for the service they provide. I was unknowingly locked into a 1-year contract. Their accounting team and my account representative are non-responsive. I would not recommend this company, under any circumstances.

Had to file a complaint with the NY state attorney general's office for Trustpilot to remove a review containing an employee's personal information. I wonder if a review containing the home addresses of Trustpilot executive leadership would be allowed to post on their profile.
