A once great company is now relegated to using microsoft paint to come up with “new” products. Inferior quality and deception have spread at TSS like a cancer, stealing money from customers and never returning a call. Go elsewhere with your business, this is no longer the company of old !

I prefer no one to work for this place nasty bathroom and rodents Everywhere. If I can shut this place down, I would I did not like the way they talk and treat people. This place is making millions of dollars off car wash size that you get may not work or damaged. Tied up in peoples money bagged up and waiting over a year. What look good on the picture doesn’t look good in person. You’re going to pay 8k for a sign that’s going to last you may be two years. Look the other way or if you buy it, look at the quality of your sign and watch it starts to go out from the cheap material they use. Good luck.

Absolutely worst experience ever dealing with this company. Spent close to $30k on 2 Samsung Menu Boards (through our chemical company). Sent back multiple times. First ones looked used and no security doors as ordered, then they sent the exact same “used” TV’s back to us after having touched them up with paint (still no security doors!), then finally they sent them back to us with screw on covers (with white flanges on black TV’s!!!) which are NOT doors and not per the drawings. What are my staff supposed to do? lift and bolt on steel plates every night! We give up! You lose our future business (how short-sighted of you!) Hopefully others can learn from our experience. Next time I buy from Sonny’s as they have same menu boards. Zero stars TSS!!!!!

Good place to deliver, however, they are very strict about not allowing truck drivers to use their bathroom, I was able to use it, but I learned about the Asian Squat Toilet in the process, and now I understand why the hassle. An easy solution is to provide a "Porta-John" toilet outside the building for truck drivers to use. It is not very much to ask, and would go along way making it a better place to deliver to.

Took almost 3 months to get a simple sign. Called many, many times and got the run around every time. Showed up damaged in a box you could fit 10 of them in and had barely any packing material. Shop somewhere else for what you need.
