Be very careful when you walk into this office specially, with Kevin I think he’s part of it gang in this county that’s called a brotherhood and he helps the prosecutors prosecute you by sharing your information and things you talk to him about with the prosecution and he refuses to file things on your behalf until it’s too late and you end up in front of the jury and even then he is looking out to further his own career. try to record everything and anything he says, and if he doesn’t allow recording, then ask him to set up an appointment with the judge again to inform the judge of the situation because it’s your first amendment right to be able to record everything specially with your attorney maybe not so much in the courtroom, but even then it can be remedied by asking your attorney to file motion with the judge to make the proceedings Available to the public as news gathering when you talk to Kevin he will say things like I put time to talk to you but you didn’t want to talk to me and you didn’t make time for me which is not a true but he counters what you say with lie, so try to record anything and everything even if you have to hide your phones and record secretly, for your own interest and if they ask about any of it, you can always get it transcribed and return to court word for word what he said, and how he said it.
