TULCO HEALTH DEPT HAS FAILED US. THEY HAVE ALLOWED COVID SPREAD BY IGNORING GUIDLINES AND FAILING TO ENFORCE THOSE THAT THEY IMPLEMENTED. USE COMMON SENSE AND PRACTICE GOOD HYGIENE, BUT AVOID SERVICES OFFERED BY COUNTY/STATE. RUN BY INEPT PERSONEL WHO CARE NOTHING ABOUT YOU.
