You can find this amazing food truck nestled in the parking lot of Super Oriental Market. The owner is incredibly sweet, personable, and makes the best food. Everything we tried was super delicious. We had the Coconut Stir-Fried Snails, Garlic Butter Shrimp Corn, and Vietnamese Pancake! Top notch service and food, I would highly recommend this place!

THIS IS THE BEST VIETNAMESE FOOD EVER!!!!! The food was so fresh and filling. Everything tastes like it was made with love and if I could put 10 STARS I would!!!! I never tried anything like their pancake before and their shrimp burger is so flavorful well put together!!! The shrimp fried rice is so good I would recommend to everyone!!!!!

The chef was very kind and he came out of his truck to speak to us about the menu and his business. The food was delicious and I could tell that it was made with love. I thought the pancake wouldn’t be filling but when I finished I was very satisfied!! 10 STARS!!

• we had gone to happy lemon, and uncle dieu's food truck was in the shared parking lot, so we decided to get some food!
• we came around 3:30pm on a tuesday and there was a decent amount of parking available
• uncle dieu came out of the truck with a smile and walked us through his menu and his recommendations. this was incredibly kind, and it was helpful as none of us had ever tried vietnamese food
• the prices!! so good for the amount and quality of the food you get!!
• i ended up getting the pork chop rice and it. was. incredible. the pork was tender and flavorful, and the sauce it came with was sweet and delicious
• my friends got the vietnamese pancake, the garlic shrimp corn, and the baby clam wrap. i don't eat seafood so i didn't try them, but they loved their dishes. they specifically loved the complex flavors of the food
• there are a couple of tables outside of the food truck if you would like to sit there. we sat while waiting for our food and he brought it out to us when it was ready and had us try it in front of him to get our reactions. we spoke about his cooking journey, his family, and his business for a while too
• uncle dieu is hands-down one of the most authentic, genuine, and passionate people i've ever met. he is so excited to share his cooking with the world and deserves all of the praise he gets. please come here!!!

Uncle Dieu is not just a food seller, he is something different.

This is the second time I have spent time on writing a review for this food truck, which I have never done for any other place before.

I'm a Vietnamese living in Thailand, every year I have a few business trips to Orlando and whenever I come, I will buy food from Uncle Dieu. I found him through Google, read many good reviews, decided to try and I was very satisfied with his food and his humble friendly attitude right at the first time. However, because his place is quite far from the hotel where I always stay, it's not convenient for me to come to pick up the food and he's always willing to deliver. Last night when I was about to board to Orlando, I texted him, the special thing is that he did not refuse even when I ordered dishes outside his menu. Today, he came, the food was prepared very clean, neat, very delicious, and on time.

For me, people who are dedicated to their customers and work hard like him deserve to be supported and respected.

We met the owner, very wonderful and sincere.
Got the pancake and shrimp sandwich. I have been chasing the flavor memory of the pancake since I was a child. I have never found it until now & it's better! I literally cried after tasting it. I have never cried from food before! Thank you so much! The shrimp sandwich was also unreal!

Very nice food and lovely atmosphere at Uncle Dieu’s Vietnamese Street Food. Highly recommanded 👍

I'm Vietnamese and I know how authentic taste should be. This is truely hidden- gem humble restaurant.

I found him from google, read all the comments, loved the concept and I gave it a try. Even though it was quite far from my place but it was totally worth and will be back for sure. If he had home delivery service, I could even order his food everyday because they're super yummy.

Uncle Dieu is a very friendly and warm-heart, a solo hard-working man serving great authentic Vietnamese street food, Vietnamese Milk Coffee.

My favorite so far: Hen Xao Xuc Banh Da, Canh Ga Chien Nuoc Mam, Com Ga Xoi Mo, Com Tam Suon Nuong, Bap Xao Tom. Will try the others next time.
