Had a really good experience working with United Signs. Great communication with my project manager Robbie. Fast replies to my questions, very friendly customer service. The installer was great, and VERY QUALITY CONSCIOUS! The company jumped through some hoops for me, and just a great experience. Probably depends on who you deal with, but my experience was not good. I tried calling and emailing over and over about getting some building signage done and the most I ever got in response was an email that said they would call the next day.. which they never did. After over a month of unreturned emails and phone calls I eventually went to City Signs and they took care of me right away. I wish I had gone to City Signs first.

This is a commercial sign manufacturing facility, making LED signs, Channel Letter signs, banners and so much more. Great customer service. They do great work. They can ship and install signs. Give them a call, I'm sure they can help you out.

I needed a sign removed that was attached to the 3rd floor of the building. Robby Cain provided the proposal and kept me updated on scheduling. The team that arrived were Chris and Preston. They had a great attitude and professional. Job well done!

The worst place ever I pick up a load there and the from the front office a white lady was super rude never picking up there again and I’ll make sure to talk to someone and report her she was really unprofessional the workers where really nice but that lady man she really needs to be fire.

3 months already, they told me 2 months to have my sign ready and installed now we are on the 4 month and they just give me excuse after excuse, I was thinking they build it here in usa, but Now I understand they bring it from china, worst company ever.

worst experience on sign business, I pay in advance 100% they told me it would be ready in 3 months, now had passed 5 months and nothing and they dont answer anymore, but they still operating so be careful, I never expect something likt this from a company , very bad company!!

UnitedSign Bad service and equipment at my gas station, I'm very upset and disappointing, I would never recommend this company, so keep and eye with them. ZERO professionalism, bad service
